Anyone taking the clock speed of the xbox one over the ps4, whether you
think its small ornot you can not downplay the significant gpu and compute
advantage of the ps4. New information reveals that the ps4 also has
trueaudio technology which is found in amds new gpus…the ps4 hardware is
superior to the xb1. That will not change, and because of the hsa/gpgpu of
the ps4 the gap will increase overtime. Ppl want to downplay the tech and
say its about games or software services. Better tech gives room for better
games and soft is easier to improve overtime but hardware specs set in
stone can not. The xb1 will be tge inferior gaming machine this gen. If it
becomes about software then the fact that xb1 launched without twitch
streaming and the fact that they have no answer to gaikai is saying
something.

I don’t know for sure but I would be very comfortable in saying that the
PS4’s CPU clocks in at 1.6GHz a core. My reason as to why? Sony’s lack of
bragging about it. If the CPU was 1.8GHz or higher Sony would be using it
as a bragging right over the Xbox One like they have with the GPU and RAM.
Because the Xbox One’s CPU is faster Sony has no bragging rights in this
area. Just my opinion of course…but I feel it’s pretty accurate I would
imagine.
